The Nike Dunk High "Coraline" is an ultra-rare, storytelling-driven sneaker inspired by Laika Studios' 2009 stop-motion animated film Coraline, directed by Henry Selick and based on Neil Gaiman's novel. This limited-edition Dunk was released as a promotional exclusive, making it one of the most elusive and sought-after sneakers in Nike’s history.

The design pays homage to the film’s eerie yet whimsical aesthetic, featuring a fuzzy grey suede upper that mimics the texture of Coraline’s sweater. Contrasting black leather overlays add depth, while yellow stitching and subtle embroidered details reference the iconic yellow raincoat and boots Coraline wears in the movie. The standout feature is the button-like graphic on the tongue, a nod to the Other World’s sinister theme, where characters have buttons sewn over their eyes.
